In the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to work at Guild Education on the Internal Communications team. My team was heavily working on creating a new employee intranet site called "The Commons." The Commons is a new centralized hub housing information in one location to connect employees to work-relevant information like benefits, corporate strategy, and essential announcements. My summer project was to analyze a myriad of data sets from various communication channels that Guild uses, then identify areas of improvements for each channel.​
